Takeaways

Nonprofit organizations may run more smoothly and cost-effectively by maximizing the use of technology. Nonprofit technology supports the organization, its volunteers, workers, and other stakeholders.

Many people, especially those who are older and less tech-savvy, including many nonprofit leaders, are unfamiliar with using technology in the sophisticated ways we're considering. However, because the mission is all-encompassing, people will jump on board if they can see how technology may help them deliver better on their purpose.

Because the nonprofit sector operates on a shoestring budget, the expense of modern technology might appear prohibitive.

Problems NGOs faced post-pandemic

Networking

Following the pandemic, NGOs lacked a platform to garner funding for their cause.

COVID-19 Impact

COVID is redefining the way organizations work and NGOs have to adapt to the changing environment.

Donor Collaboration

NGOs struggle to raise funds, and finding contributors who share their ideals was difficult.

Focus groups

NGOs

Empowering NGOs with accountability and credibility by matching them to the right stakeholders, expanding their funding needs.

Foundations & Corporates

Innovate

An interactive discussion channel to expedite the process. A certificate of appreciation for the donors.

Optimize

The usual process takes a lot of time. Streamlining and updating this process has helped the users in speeding up their work and improve their experience.

Rethink

Often companies care about the quality of their product, not the quality of the service they provide.

Scope

User Journey

After the pandemic, NGOs are trying to find the right donors, and stand out amongst the crowd, there are so many organizations out there all doing worthwhile work. The challenge is always after all the research and identifying the right company aligned with their SDGs to get to the right person in the organization be it the CSR team, the CFO, or the CEO for the information. There is a lack of information on the websites. NGOs have to try and find alternative routes to get in-person meetings, be that through connections.

The search bar assists in locating the post.
The chat feature will allow the user to converse with a specific person one-on-one.

HOME PAGE

The circles are the groups that contain posts for a specific cause. Depending on the need, the organization can form new circles.

CIRCLES

The post will include all of the specifics of the organization's request or offer. The post will be divided into three categories: request, offer, and generic.
